Reiki & Bach Flower Essences

Reiki & Bach Flower Essences are a perfect combination working together to form a strong support system for the physical and emotional well-being of my clients.

As emotions often come up during or after a reiki session, it was clear to me that the reiki & remedies complemented each other in a unique way.

Whatever your emotional challenge, I will be able to pick the right essences for your bespoke remedy.

I have noticed recently through every conversation I am having with friends and family, people I do not know very well, there is always a mention of worry and anxiety with themselves, someone they know or children at this present time.

To name just a few reasons for negative emotions that came up in conversation:

Losing control of our normal routine; Restrictions of not being able to see family & friends; School work from home; Isolation; Worried for our loved ones; Redundancy; Being impatient; Uncertainty & Fear; Feeling anxious; Depression; Loss of confidence; Feeling overwhelmed; Exhausted.

The list goes on and also let us not forget even under normal day-to-day circumstances we still all have emotions we would like to address and balance from time to time.

It is a difficult and worrying time for us all but let’s remember all that we do have including, but not limited to, love, laughter, friendship and family! The remedies can bring balance to bring a positive mindset and will always be there to help those who need them. We are all in this together.

In my thirties, I suffered from anxiety and I first discovered the Bach Rescue Remedy from the local chemist.  I was really surprised at how effective it was and that I felt safe with the remedy on me at all times and eventually my anxiety went.  A simple, safe solution that worked.

I am so pleased I can now offer bespoke remedies and help those who need it. I have successfully treated many people with these remedies.

What are the Bach Original Flower Remedies?

The Bach Original Flower Remedies are 38 flower essences with each one relating to a specific emotion.  Although flower essences have been used in healing for thousands of years, it was only in the 1930s that they became more widely known thanks to the work of Dr. Edward Bach who made the Original 38 Bach Flower Remedies.  Dr Edward Bach was a well-known bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath, who believed that the key to good health was by emotional harmony.

The Bach Flower Remedies remove negative emotions by flooding them with the positive energies from flowers. In combination the Flower Remedies can restore peace and happiness to return so that the body is free to heal itself and helps bring us back to a place of ease and calm within. A holistic approach to achieving emotional balance.

A healthy emotional life and a balanced personality will allow your body to find its own natural state of health. These are remedies that allow you to become who you really are working with you to bring out the positive qualities within you.

Since essences are safe, gentle, cheap and effective, they have increased rapidly in popularity, they form a crucial part of `energy medicine’.  The Bach Flower Remedies are made from wild flowers and are safe for the whole family including children, babies, pets and are safe to use during pregnancy and childbirth.

This is a remedy to support your awareness, personal growth and well-being. Your Remedy can be a wonderful support in times of difficulty.
